In every man's life, there are stages when he must enter God’s Workshop or God's Garage, either as a Believer or as an Unbeliever.

The first stage is at Creation: Genesis:1: 27 So God created humans in his own image. He created them to be like himself.[h] He created them male and female.

Please permit me to offer a little introduction to another Pre-Judgment Warning from God to Nigerian Christians.

Today, Saturday 8th May 2021, Bro. Joshua Fray called me that God gave him a second warning to the Church. He wrote the warning and sent it to me. I am sharing the information which he sent because it agrees with what God has been telling me to inform Nigerian Christians.

God tells us a bit about Himself in Isaiah 46:9-10 which we need to understand as we begin “…I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all My purpose.’”

Most of us want to know what lies ahead of us, what the future will hold, and how we can truly prepare for it. God designed us to want this – the Bible says in Ecclesiastes 3:11 – …He has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

For three days and nights the Jewish people in the capital city prayed for Queen Esther. None of these prayers are recorded for us, but we can be sure the people were praying for her to know the right thing to do, for her safety as she went before the king, and for their own safety as a people.

Didn't Paul admonish Timothy to wage war with the prophetic words spoken over him (1 Tim. 1:18)? It's critical we do the same to secure God's intended future for ourselves, our families and our nation. What we say in this season will lay a pathway for our future. Be diligent to align your thoughts to God's higher thoughts, your words with His pure words, your heart to fully hope in Him.

The National Christian Elders Forum (NCEF) wishes to express alarm at the news that the Federal Executive Council (FEC), during its meeting of Wednesday 23rd September, 2020 approved the sum of $1.9 billion to construct rail line from Kano-Dutse-Katsina-Jibia to Maradi in Niger Republic. This project is not only insensitive but absurd considering the many areas in Nigeria that are yet to be linked by modern rail system.

 Introduction

In a few days’ time Nigeria will be celebrating her 60 years of Independence. General Obasanjo has set the ball rolling and the NCEF is drawing the attention of Nigerians especially to the fact that we need to research more into our colonial past 1914 - 1960, thereafter, six years of our independence (1960 - 1966) and, finally, 1966 - 2020.

What about the question of doubt? You cannot talk about believing without talking about doubt any more than you can talk about day without implying night. Some people think that faith is an all-or-nothing proposition. You had better believe in God, those people maintain, and everything that God says, because if you show any hesitation, any gap, any questioning, then he will look at you with a scowl and snatch away from you the whole blessing.

“How Gowon Took Nigeria into OIC”

We are compelled to issue this rejoinder in the interest of truth and the need to educate coming generations on the source of the insurgency and destruction that currently bedevils Nigeria. On Friday 4th September, 2020, Mr. Femi Abbas, a well known publicist for the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, wrote an article in the Nation Newspaper titled “How Gowon took Nigeria into OIC”. In the said article, Mr. Abbas attempted unabashed revisionism of history and unhidden distortion of facts.

WRONG THERAPY FOR SERIOUS DISEASE

It is with mixed feelings that the National Christian Elders Forum (NCEF) received the news of yet another Constitutional Review, proposed by the 9th Assembly. This would be the 5th Alteration in 20 years as previous Assemblies have undertaken similar exercise usually with a budget of one billion Naira. This humongous budget, at a time when the country is on the brink of another recession, is worrisome.

The General Assembly of the United Nations on May 28, 2019 adopted Document A/73/L.85 and passed a resolution proclaiming 22 August as International Day Commemorating the Victims of Acts of Violence Based on their Religion, Belief or Faith, amongst other matters. According to a UN Report, “by terms of the text ‘International Day Commemorating the Victims of Acts of Violence Based on Religion, Belief or Faith,’ the Assembly invited all Member States, the United Nations and other international and regional organizations, as well as civil societies and the private sector, to observe the International Day.”

Following the 2020 edition of the United Nations approved International Day Commemorating the Victims of Acts of Violence Based on Religion, Belief or Faith otherwise known as International Day of Religious Freedom (IDORF) on 22nd August, 2020, our attention was drawn to two disturbing news release by two inter-faith organizations. On 23rd August, 2020, a relatively unknown group called “The Youth Christian and Muslim Forum of Nigeria (YCMFN)” issued a Press Release which says “allegations of Christian genocide in Nigeria by All-Party Parliamentary Group in the United Kingdom (APPG) is false and misleading.” https://www.vanguardngr.com/2020/08/allegation-of-christian-genocide-in-nigeria-false-misleading-says-inter-faith-forum/

Christianity in Nigeria is facing an existential crisis that demands a review of the policies of the Church. When situations like the one confronting Nigerian Christians occur in any community, the prudent step is to review the source of the confusion and defeat. Based on knowledge and truth, men of noble birth would propose and implement remedial measures.

“THE FAITHFUL 7,000 IN ISRAEL: WHERE ARE THEY?”

Bosun Emmanuel

19th June, 2020

If there is one account in the Bible that Nigerian Christians relish and gleefully share, it is the story of Elijah in the Presence of God at Mount Horeb. In that encounter, Elijah lamented before God that he was the only one left of the prophets in Israel and God had to correct him that He still had 7,000 faithful men who refused to bow the knees to Baal. It was clear that God was very proud of them. These were the remnants in the land. Every country has them. Nigerian Christians are proud of them.

In Exodus 32: 25 – 26, we read, “And when Moses saw that the people were naked; (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies:) Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the LORD'S side?”

In delivering this message, I know that I am facing the possibility of being misunderstood, due to the penchant of some of our brethren who interpret every correction and calling to order of Christians as condemnation. This is not a condemnation of Nigerian Church or Christians but an evaluation of both the spiritual and moral state of the Nigerian Church. No one can deny that things have gone wrong in a country that has the largest Church in Africa. The presence of darkness is simply the absence of light. Why isn’t the light shining?

JANUARY TO JUNE, 2020

In 122 events from January 1 to June 7, 2020, seven hundred and ninety (790) had been viciously killed and another three hundred and thirty-six (336) wounded.  Apart from a case like the attack by Ansaru terrorists ambushing an Emir’s convoy (and killing at least 30 people) on January 14, virtually all the victims were Christians. And 100% of the killers were Muslim Jihadists (either Boko Haram/Ansaru or Fulani herdsmen/Miyetti Allah).
